Fresh is best, as every decent chef knows. This is why we choose our suppliers and producers with care. The principal is simple, start from home and then slowly move outwards. We could not possibly source everything we need in volume for this size of restaurant in the immediate vicinity but we do try. We want to offer a wide variety and choice, so we spend a lot of time trying to find the best tasting produce to cook for you.
